Registration Policy

The registration fee for Full Registrations and Student Registrations includes a 4-weeks online access to the Conference E-book, attendance to all technical sessions and lunches, and the oral presentation of one paper. In order for the paper to be included in the Conference Proceedings and E-book, one of the authors must register no later than February 28th, 2024.

The Full Registration also includes the access to the social events to be held on the evenings of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Student attendees must upload a letter from their Department Head/Chair confirming that they are full time students.

 

Refund Policy

For authors of full-length papers, there will be no refund after February 28th, 2024 when the Conference Proceedings will be prepared for indexing to SCOPUS.

Before that date, cancellation reimbursement: 50%.

Cancellation of other participants:
• Until April 22nd, 2024, cancellation reimbursement: 50%
• After April 22nd, 2024, there will be no refund.
